A few weeks ago I was offered $250, but it was late so I said we'd get it done the next day. Haven't talked to the guy about it since.

Please state a clear Buy It Now price as well as whether you're open to offers below that price yet above a certain lower limit. In other words, something like "$300 BIN, open to offers over $200." With that, please keep the topic up to date with offers (on other sites, PM, email etc.) in an effort to keep things as transparent as possible.
