xbox 360 problem
The other day, my brother's xbox 360 was working just fine. Then, just the other day we booted it up for some Guitar Hero III, but when we turned it on and put the tv in the game/input mode, it just stayed on the blue screen. The xbox was connected properly and everything. So, my first thought was it was the av cables or something, so I borrowed some from a friend, and it still didn't work. Then I knew, it must be the xbox, because my friend's hooked up just fine using both the cables.
I don't know if this serves any great importance, but the light on the xbox was green when connecting, not red.
Please help,
In distress,
Damien

I had something similar I believe, (before my xbox completely blew up) - I just unplugged everything, turned everything off inc tv. Reset anything that could be reset and started again - seemed to back after that.
Such a bummer on xboxing day (apologies on poor pun).

Probably an issue with the connection from the XBox to the cables that connect to your TV. If it's in warranty phone up XBox support.

I asked my friend who happened to be over (who works at a local game xchange) about this, and he says that it could be a large number of things, but the most common is a faulty power supply. He says that when they come in, they're mostly the same type of PS but on occasion there are differences (he seems to think they're refurbs [which I wouldn't be surprised about.])
Also, Guitar Hero III is bad about locking up (particularly in online mode.)

It also might be your tv inputs. I had this same problem but my tv inputs were bad. if you have anymore inputs on your tv try those, because my tv has 5 different inputs and it work's on all of the others except for my front av input's where I had my xbox 360 connected originally. So try that, and if not call xbox support they will send you a new one or try to fix your current one.
