What an IE is? Is it that internet browser that gets hanged all the time. Sorry I just believe in simplicity that means Firefox.

Easy way to fix this: Use Firefox or Google chrome. But in response to your original post, yes that patch did mess up IE. The only reason I use IE is to test different web projects I am working on for browser compatibility and that really messed me up. Good to know its not my sites making it freeze, but the patch instead. Thankfully I only have to use IE for testing otherwise I would go crazy.

I'm a firefox guy myself but installed Windows 7 RC and used it for while before installing Firefox and I couldn't believe how fast and smooth it was. Gotten so use to it that when I am on that test box I use it a bit more than I do firefox.

you may try IE 8. But I prefer Firefox
