Why are you wanting to sell the website? Just move to better hosting! With $5 a day ($150/mo) you can have a whole basic dedicated server (totally unnecessary) to yourself.

Why did they decide it's not good to host? Because of the resource usage or because of legal issues?
They flagged it and suspended it told me im promoting illegal content. If you search anime or die on google its the first link just view the cached page. It was simple embedded codes of fan subs.
