Do a quick search of WHT and see what they think. Some people like it, but more often than not people are complaining about it - either no support, bugs etc...

I think you'd be much better off with something like Cerberus Helpdesk - www.cerberusweb.com. Don't let the staff GUI put you off - nothing can compare to Cerberus in terms of features for price (free or $350). If you want a pretty GUI in the staff end, take a look at kayako eSupport - www.kayako.com - although my preference is Cerberus.
