Just finalized (I hope), my computer, as I should be able to order it in a couple of days, and here are my stats. Let me know if they look good.

Upgraded from 320MB version, which is just about a $80 price change or so (can't remember exactly).

Only thing I'm iffy about it the MSI motherboard. I don't care much for the brand; I prefer Asus. Other than that, looks good to me. Regarding the rebates, some manufactures end up not honoring the mail in rebates for any reason they can possibly think of. So take note on that.

Well, I was uneasy about MSI too, but I didn't see many bad reviews, and it was rated highly through TomsHardware. Also, if they don't take the rebates, that would be fine (though I lose money), but, I shouldn't have many problems with that.

I had an MSI board a while back, never had a bit of trouble.

Looks good, but if you game I recommend getting a 5.1 headset. Very nice.
