hi guys anyone know of a good but cheap hosting plan that allowes proxy sites and has joomlah support?

Dunno about proxies, but http://hostgator.com can of course run Joomla, and since it has fantastico it's a one click install. same goes for http://asmallorange.com, though they are a tad more spendy.

Oh, and this is the market place. Wrong section.

what do you mean joomla support? All you need is php and mysql.
