This is a pay-per-job system, where you will be presented with a job, and a deadline, and will have the choice to accept it or not. This helps you, because you will not have to go looking for work!

I'm interested in the web designing position, assuming that the jobs would pay mid XXX or higher. I realize it's a job per job basis, but do you have a general idea of the range?

We're going to start our prices at $150 and move up from there.
As the company evolves, we will raise the prices.

As you and everyone knows, noone wants to pay top dollar for newer media groups, but this is still a very average price.
