need coder for another Image-Upload site whit an exclusive touch

Hi all. my girlfriend is a photographer, and we know plenty of people involve in the business.
Now we decide to create a site for her and that close crew to place their works.
This people is very good and they know what they do, believe me.



any way we need a coder. preferentially someone whit an already done place, willing to sell the code and adapted to our designer needs and a (oscommerce) shopingcart.
