[$$$] Seeking long term business relationship with Flash expert

I am looking for a Flash expert for some current and future projects. On average, there's only been 1 fairly small project a month, though do get large projects on occasion. Compensation is negotiable but will pay for quality. Must have an online portfolio and be at least fairly close to US timezone (e.g. UK is okay, but a little stretching it).
