well i started with visual basic about 3 years ago now when i started my A levels and it was also part of my first year of my degree.

I dont really have a price range, the price depend on the job.

Darn, I can't run it, I'm sure I have all the runtime libraries installed! I just finished writing a C++ networking application with GUI, I'll look into it.

Btw, for those who are worried:

its so nicely structured. and php might be strong, bt .net is definatly stronger.

I'm sufficient, and educated in and amogst: asm, turbo pascal, delphi, cobol, c, c++, c#, vb6, vb.net, php, sql, html, css, js.

So ye, I think my opinion counts a bit
