I personally dont have a clue on how much it would be worth, but the domain alone with them stats would be med $xxx possibly

The domain itself is worthless, the site however does hold some value. How much are you making from adsense? This info would really help when trying to give an accurate appraisal.

The thing is, although your site is getting a pretty good amount of traffic 90+% of it comes from tutorial listing websites (I am guessing). If anyone bought the website they would have to carry on writing tutorials for the site or the traffic would drop a considerable amount. This also means that they may as well just start there own tutorial listing site rather than paying $xxx for yours.

I wouldn’t value this site much over low $xxx.

The traffic breakdown is actually quite spread out. We receive our fair share of traffic from tutorial sites but we pull up quite a lot of search engine traffic too. Our third main source is from forum skins we have. We always have a little link at the bottom of our free forum skins and these alone bring in quite a lot of traffic as well.

I don't think it's worth anything more than reg fee. The traffic is obviously coming from tutorial sites and that takes time/money to keep up.
