 How much should i sell this for.
Hey Im thinking about selling my site/blog. Im just wondering what's a fair price to sell it for. It includes
Domain: http://designercraze.com (8$) PR4
Custom Wordpress Skin (I made it so it didnt cost me)
Mint Licence (30$)
A total of 5 unique photoshop tutorials, 3 listed on good-tutorials.
The site has recieved 10,000 hits since opened early last month, 7000 which are unique. I have not made any money of the site as i have no ads on it. Just blogroll  .

Ya, PR update was last week. I had a site go from 0 to 5. Was very happy about that.

ROFL. Whoever owns pagerank2 needs to encrypt those urls...
Ok, now back on topic....
I might be interested in purchasing it, but you'd have to decide what you want for it, and I'd like to see the traffic stats and such

Mint has to be included since you buy a licence for a single domain that cannot be changed, When i think of price it will be put up and ill talk to you to.
