Picture Slice - Slice up your picture!!!

The idea behind the site is where you can create a smaller sample of an image you upload. I know I for one often open up photoshop just because I need to remove some of the picture from a screenshot or something like that.
Brand new site 100% custom. Javascript creating the slice frame is completely coded by myself.

Anyone interested in the site, I'll help them integrate a new design as well if they wish. I created that design just to get something up quick. I'm by no means a designer.

I am just having trouble resizing the image. I like the idea, may be interested.
