Alright guys I am working on a new Open-Source Project details will be given to the designer about what kind it is, I am trying to find a designer who is willing to help me with the homepage for it, I am willing to pay but I am interested in possibly at least a discounted price if I allow you to place a copyright on the footer as well as I will create a "sponsors" page and say that you made it.
Hi, I'm interested. I'm up for offering the discounted price with a link back as well. Before I can give you a quote though, to what extent is the project?is it design only, with CSS/XHTML, or is other coding knowledge required?
All i need is a design, you will not have to do any coding, I will code the design and i am coding the actual project myself i just need somebody to design the homepage where users can download it.
