Looking for someone to develop a site/forum

I own and run a few sites, but because of time constraints I have a couple of sites just sitting around. Now instead of just selling them a couple bucks, I'm looking for someone to help me get the sites big.

I think it has great potential. It has a great design, and IPB forums.

I want to get this site big, traffic/forum activity/anything else wise. If you think you are the man for the job let, let me know.

i have created a forum and it looks well good i think...its on invisionfree and i did all the buttons and banner designs just requested a skin from the many skin forums
