Hello,

i need a coder to code this wordpress theme:

the coded version needs to look exactly like psd, and when i mean exactly i mean exactly.

Only fancy thing about it is that below the navbar the 3 posts should be sticky posts and client should have an admin options page where he can define the 3 post id's for them

Please, no coders from india.
