A most basic question re: Dreamweaver links from a graphic

I'm new to Dreamweaver & can not for the life of me add a link to an outside website from within a graphic?

If you look at www.webrevamps.com, I would like to link the "ActionWebMedia" graphic to www.actionwebmedia.com
