No, those are the colors that I don't want when used in a large amount.

edit: Like I said in original post, just use colors that go good together and if you think it looks good. The colors can always be changed

Also... can you post some asian pics that you would like on the header. Sorry, but I don't feel comfortable searching on the net. sorry and thanks...

Just to let you that, I have started the theme with the green colour.

IDS: There's really no particular pics that I want on the header. You're just gonna have to do what you think looks good and I'll see if you should move into that direction.

Let me be the first one to start submitting. I stayed with the green theme and did the first part of the skin. Upon approval, I will continue to make the inside version (threads..etc) and the buttons. I still have to fill in the header... so that will be later also... you know the delaying (agent) LoL....

here it goes... I will really appreciate constructive feedback... something that will lead me to clearly achieve what you are looking for.
And one more thing. I used the bullets (if you wanna call it that) from another skin. The green/blue round ones. Will do something different for that by later time.

IDS: I'd like to point out that we're not an "Asian pride community". Sorry if my orignal post was misleading. I just like the feel of those sites. Right now, the design looks a bit too simple and plain. You have a good start but maybe try going into the more 'graphic-heavy' direction like on yaXay.com if you know what I mean. And can you try using layers of darker gray for the forums area rather than that light grey that you have? We'll see how it looks. So work on it so it's not so simple and once you've filled in the header, then post another preview You've got a good start. Just add more.

Edit: I'd also like to add that I'm looking for a unique look.

Damn i love that skin IDS! Excellent first entry into the contest. Will be interesting to see how you can take Nightspy's comments and make suitable revisions to improve upon the design. Best of luck.

Awesome. The long deadline is so I can get in as many entries as possible and since I know there's a lot of other contests going on right now at other boards, so just giving people time

More entries will probably come near the deadline, but does anyone have teasers for me? My contest is so lonely...
