What exactly you want done would determine how you do it... are you referring to a user using your proxy to for example come to TalkFreelance and if they use the search (as you said log searches) on TalkFreelance it logs that, or are you referring to logging URLs that people visit using your proxy? Either way I would highly recommend displaying a notice if you do decide to enable logging of any sort.

It'd only take a moment to code something to log the searches, so just hire a PHP coder.
