Forum Restructure
Right the first phase of TF's "makeover" has been complete (the VB upgrade).
The next stage is a restructuring of the forums - you will see this over the next day or so.
Third phase is a total reskinning. I will post more about this later.
I would be grateful to all members if they could try and post one new interesting thread (Not just I'm the first to post here) in one of the new forums to help kick them off. If everyone posts a thread then we will really get it rocking.

As good as that sounds, I can't help but think some of the new forums should be merged.
Such as:
Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine News & Info & Link Building and Development
Banner and other Advertising & Marketing (Email and Direct Marketing )
PPC Networks & Affiliate Programs (Merged into one forum: 'Monetization')

Stage 3 will certainly appeal to a lot of people
As for the restructure, I like its quite indepth but maybe a little too much too soon.
Only time will tell!

Who's moving the topics to the Affiliate Marketing forum? The majority of the threads that have been moved should be in the PPC forum.
EDIT: Also, since when is Adwords a PPC program? I find it hard to take this forum seriously when there are errors like that.

I would move CSS back up with Xhtml.

Search Google for Adwords, this is the first thing that pops up. According to you the people who developed the program also mistook it for a PPC program. How can we take Google seriously now?!

Oh boo to you. I mistook PPC for CPC.

I'm with the majority here in that I'm all for the growth and maturing of TalkFreelance but these forum choices, I feel, weren't the best way to handle things. New forums, yes, but this degree of separation, no.
