These are a special type of desk/easle used by architects called a drafting table. I only know cause I use one

You can buy one pretty much anywhere that specializes in hardware or furniture. I'm sure an IKEA, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. would have one.. but not sure what kind of stores you have near you.
