evidence against this guy
1. He is charging pounds (£), but he lives in and is hosted in the US according to his whois info. Why would an American want pounds?
2. This site is worth hundreds of times more then hes selling it for
3. There is no announcement on the site
4. Why is it that he only comes to a small freelance forum for this
The owner lives a few miles from me, I might give him a call later tonight
