[Need] Someone to Code Flash Video Player

I'm in need of someone that can code a flash video player for me. I have the design for the flash player. The flash player would need to be able to play videos that users would upload (wmv, mpg, avi, ect.) and convert them to flash to play in the player.

I may need some more PHP work done after this regarding vBulletin and a CMS I have so let me know if you would be interested in that as well.
