Sweet, i've gotten quite a bit done. I'm almost ready to start on the adminCP/modCP. That will be the longest part of the deal.
Otherwise what I have left is.
Points System - users get points after so many points or whatever, and people can donate points. It's kind of like the vB's reputation system, but you may be able to buy some features on the site.
PM System - of course, the private messages. This will not take very long if it's a smooth ride through the code

adminCP/modCP - will take a long time. It's what it says it is, the panel to control the whole site. With many features going into it (hopefully) it will be very powerfull.
