Have fun getting this name ripped from you the moment the site gets popular. It's a trademark and the new laws are being published as we speak about domaining with trademarked names, especially sites relating to the same subject. If I were you, the buyer of this domain, I wouldn't make an xbox related site or a site at all.

Usually if you have a domain before the law gets put in place.. they cant take it without compensation $$ so to a potential buyer.. dont be worried about this.

Id make Xbox.info a site saying "XBOX SUCKZZ GO TO PLAYSTATION.INFO w00t!"

Yep, you're protected by the Good ol' Bill of Rights, the government cannot penalize you for activities done before a law is past.

As long as the bill has not been turned into a law, then they have no case. I'm afraid to have an Microsoft related domain name, seeing as they are sue happy (remember mikerowesoft.com?) so I personally stay away from anything "xbox" or "windows" or "microsoft".

The Bill of Rights (you know, the first 10 ammendments to the U.S. Constitution, remember that thing talkvb?) protects the owner. They would have to pay money to compensate(see Article V), and I'm sure it would be MUCH more than $5,000.
