Old  'Credit Card' for under 18's

360money.com

360money is a prepaid Cash account that gives autonomy, control and freedom just as cash does. With 360money, you can top up your account with cash, spend it or put it aside for later. You can also check your transactions on the Internet or over the phone. 360money is not a bank account and does not expose you to any form of debt or overdraft, so there are no nasty surprises!

360money is simply a new family of Plastic Cash cards, with no credit attached, developed for those who want to use their cash without going through the process of setting up a bank account, having a credit or a debit card.
These are great. Although unfortunately, they aren't accepted by PayPal,
practically all online shops accept them.

Only today I used it on this site: http://talkfreelance.com/thread16332.html

The only 'catch' - as such - is that you have to pay a monthly fee of £1.50, or a one off payment of £7.

Hope this helps some of you.
