I think there is no chance of getting blocked. Because i have never listen anyone saying that his account is blocked. VCC is legellay generated by Banks. so I think There is Nochance of being Blocked. It is my experience.

I am in Marketplace business from a long time.on many other forums and no one had ever complained about this. Paypal will not ban you.

May I ask you where you find or receive these VCC numbers? I am interested but want to be sure it's 100% OK.

These VCC's are ligally issued by banks. They will generate VCC for us and I will supply it to you. and the max limit to use it is 48hrs.

VCC is virtual credit card, which is used for several puropse. the one i am selling is used for verifying paypal account. it will remoe limits. the un verified paypal account have limit of $100 only.
