You can also store and playback photos and practically ANY video format, the resolution on the screen is fantastic, extremely clear. The player itself weighs practically nothing and is the size of a credit card (more or less).

It also has a SD HC slot so if you decide you need more space, you can pick up a 4GB SD HC card pretty cheap, with 8GB and 16GB SD HC cards slowly coming on the market as well.

As well as my brother having this, I've also owned a Zen Touch as well as my current MP3, the Zen Vision:M. Not once have I had a problem with either, and I have not been let down in any way by them.

If you enjoy audio fidelity as much as I do, then there's no alternative to Creative players as the company specialises in audio products.
My sister has a zen, she likes it. Although the credit card size is a turn off for me, I want a bigger player since I have really large hands. Ideally, the classic iPod would be best, but it costs too much.

Ah I see what you mean, they are quite dainty, not best if you've got hulk size hands lol.

I've had a 30GB Video iPod for about 2.5 years now, and the only issues that I've had have been from the firmware upgrades and/or newer versions of iTunes. Of course, being a huge Google fanatic, I can usually resolve that with a 30 minute search party. I'm sure this is a rarity, and not meant to turn you down. Although if you do ever come across a problem, at least you have a peace of mind knowing that you can find help online....

Is that the one you got? I'm looking for a nice FM tuner I can use while working out.

Yeah, that's the model I had ordered. Lucked out because of the sale that they had; Though if you don't mind a slightly used (sometimes even new) you can look at Amazon for a few that might be a few dollars less, if you don't mind going elsewhere for it.

The FM tuner works pretty well and picked up a quality signal. There were a few mid channels that didn't pick up in the same spot I was sitting in, but once I moved around, I was able to pick up with no issues.

Well the San Disk player is 44.99 usually $49.99. Pretty similar in price if you ask me. Thanks for the link Garrett, Kind of like that more cause it'll work with my Nano and I don't need two MP3 players at the gym

My little brother has one of the new(er) nano's and it works fine. I'm a proud owner of the touch and I'm more than impressed.

As far as zunes are concerned, its just another alternative. Both have at least one feature that outdoes the others, but its really up to you. Preferreably, apple products have never let me down, but then again, I've never bothered to give MS a try, but I would definitely advise an (any) apple product if given the choice.

The 2GB MP3 player that includes the FM receiver, is already mid $40'ish. The FM addon for an iPod is $50. That doesn't include the price he'd have to pay for an iPod--And in his original post, he mentioned a 4GB Nano. That means the nano is $149.00, and then another $50 for the add-on. So now he's at $200.

So again, that price is far from being "similar."

When I already have an 8GB iPod Nano, why would I need another MP3 player to accomplish only one extra thing? The tuner for the iPod is exactly what I was looking for
