change the font + kerning on the search button so it is windows standard, I dislike teh one you have now.
The crack on teh header has got to go, it looks too fake, or maybe that is the compression.
I think it maybe a filler, but the BF2 logo next to the BF2142 title doesnt make much sense to me...
The bar that the "search" box is on could be a littl tighter, that could make the grunge a little more breathable.
If your going tokeep them, make the sidebars have the chainmale pattern of the top like the header.
