mailing list script + AJAX

hey,

I have a copy of interspire sendstudio and am wondering I anyone knows how I can "AJAX" it?

So far, I have come across this and it seems helpful. Only problem is that i dont think SendStudio has a POP3 kind of feature for which I could have all emails sent to (through sendmail.php).

hmm any ideas

sidenote: if you know of any mailing list scripts with a simple form (just email address) that has POP3 subscribing capapbilites please post them.
