You didn't provide any details on what scripting language you're looking for, so I'm assuming whichever fits. If you click on the link below, I already searched 'Ad Management' on Hotscripts for you. The best one on the market is AdJuggler as used on inet properties. Another good one and free one is phpadsnew.
