How can i get google ads?

Hey everyone I wonder where can I get google ads and put em in my site.
How does this process work how do they pay you? :S can someone please tell me a brief info about that. thanx!

First you have to signup with Google Adsense and get your account approved. Google Adsense is very strict, so remember to read their TOS first before registering. Once you are approved you can login to your account and get your code and add it to your website. Google Adsense automatically detects and puts up ads that are related to your website, you get paid per click. If you encourage people to click your ads you can get banned. They pay you monthly, and through checks only. You need to have a minimum of $100 or they will pay you at the end of the next month (if you reach the minimum of $100) if you don't reach the payout they will pay you once you do reach it.
