Have you had any success with targeted traffic?

Anyone here bought targeted traffic for their websites? I'm looking into starting a large campaign for talkfreelance and was interested to get some feedback from people who have purchase traffic. Does anyone recommend any suppliers? Any known scamers out there? Did the traffic return any significant return for your business?

I wouldn't go that far, i used to run a targeted traffic business and that was genuine traffic. However, i do know that there are scams out there! I also know that alot of businesses have used this service and seen decent results.
