First forum design... comments would be cool.

I am trying to design a 'web 2.0' style forum. I will be using it to build up a web-design community.

I know there is a lack of logo, this will eventually be added. Apart from that feel free to tell me what you thing.

Not bad for a first time. I like where you have the gallery and how you have it setup. Only critique I can really pull out of my head is maybe add more color.

thanks for the comment, I agree I think I could add more colour, how much more is needed? is it worth completly 're-colouring' the design or keeping the current colours and adding 1 or 2 more?

I wouldn't re-color everything, just add one more color and possibly some different shades here and there. I also like the whole concept behind the forum skin's layout, but I'm not feeling the graphic side of it. Keep working on it; I'm sure it will turn out great.

Hmmm. Is that just your opinion or is there more to it than that? I just did a quick upload so I could get it online to get comments. ImageShack was the first image host I found.

Not bad, but personally it looks a little plain. I like the tabs, the gallery is pretty nice if you can get the coding right. Better icons, and maybe a little more color as mentioned above, but overall not bad for a first design.

The sans-serif in the nav bar looks like crapola.
