Yes, it is about the topic of the forum, which includes HTML/CSS. General discussion for for non-web related stuff.

I've never used any of them, but w3-markup is one I've never heard anything bad about.

And they seem to be an even larger firm than psd2html. Also some of their options are quite unusual, and I find somewhat funny:

Disable Internet Explorer Image Toolbar $9
Eric Meyer’s CSS Reset $9

The former which is this:

I have this by default in all of my templates. If I didn't see this I wouldn't believe someone actually charges people for these kind of things.

That to me shows that they are basically out to make money, and don't really care about giving the customer a full job unless they fork out for all these "extras" which really should be standard. If they actually cared about their customers that would just be default, it's in my default template so it's not like it takes extra time to do.
