Proof?

Electronic signatures are a valid and legal means of confirmation. By electronic I mean you have to still physically write your name and can then transfer it to/through an electronic medium like facsimile or as an image.

I always send out my contracts with a digitised signature of my own, and get the client to print and return the contract.
