first of all you do not fill out W2, it get sent to you by the January 31 of the following year.

Second if you are not doing under the table, then your clients will send you 1099 at the end of the year and you will include the amount in 1099 in your tax return simple is that.. You will be taxed heavily this is true.. if you will look at the TaxForum.us there tons of posts on the topic you are interested in
