Can't go wrong with Meyer's... I used to use the * {margin: 0; padding: 0} reset as well until I realized my form inputs sucked that way.

I think it does more harm than good. Because I try to cover most HTML elements in my stylesheet, adding my own styles, it seems like a waste of time to reset them in the first place.
So you run around adding margin:0;padding:0; on everything? Yes, because that's such a great method...
