Can anyone recommend to me the best hosting company to go with if im interested in purchasing a reseller account?

Looking for the most space and bandwidth for the least amount of money and also prefer that they accept paypal.

I'm thinking of going with Reseller A package, you can see it here. But from how im reading it, it looks like your only able to resell the space to a max of 10 clients.
