If your a fan of lightweight software I recommend LeapCMS. It's also a blast to make templates for, because all you need to know is XHTML and CSS. No PHP knowledge is needed. Currently I exclusively use it for my sites.

It is still in the early stages of development, he just released version 0.1.4 last month, but it is pretty powerful considering the actual code is contained within a single file.
