Looking for coder/programmer for partnership

Hello, my name is Jake Bellacera. Me and a buddy own a small web studio called Pixolia. I am looking for someone who'd like to partner with me. I want to make this big and we can change the name if you'd like (totally debatable) and I am looking to work with a new version of my website.

To qualify for partnership, you should be:
-Available any time after 2:45pm (Pacific time)
-Willing to work
-Live in the Americas (Canada/USA/South Americas — to keep time not too off)
-Have a lot of skill in PHP and MySQL
-(Preferably) have skill in Ruby On Rails or some other coding languages other than PHP/MySQL
-SEO experience is a plus
-connections is a plus
-must have plenty of ideas
-willing to talk on the phone is a plus
-owning a mac is a plus (I am familiar with mac-applications)


note: you will not have access with the server until a short period has passed (trust-issues)
