Im non english, but all is ok
All Internet based only in emglish lang. and if some non english man start working with Pc and Internet - he learn some english words automaticaly. like me. I start my PC expiriens from Basic Program Lang. , before I start english lang. in my school

Same. I didn't care what tags stand for, just I know what are <td> <div> <table> etc.

Like:
<table> = box, table border
<td> = sub table, inside <table>

and t's mush easier to know when to use <th> or <tr> when you have a good understanding of what each stands for.
