1. Your sig is too large
2. Making an IPB is simple, goto their website and buy one, then follow the directions in the readme.
3. MySQLs are easy as well, if you are using cpanel it just takes a few clicks.

IPB is very simple to setup, you just upload it (after buying it ofcourse!) goto /install and follow the instructions. Its pretty self explanatory.
