Old  What would you want to read as a client?

I am looking to redefine my blog and use it to bring in clients. I am trying to research what potential clients would want to read on a web design and development blog, but I have gone nowhere.

Now I am asking the Talk Freelance community. As a person who wants to hire a web designer/developer, what topics would convince you to hire that person?

If I could get honest answers, I would be very grateful (:

Here is my blog: Web Design and Development Blog

Thank you,
Nicole

I usually interested with plus service from designer. Like give me many choice of good template according to the site topic, if it's a blog, I like if he could give a good plugin and make the site SE friendly. And if possible, free upgrade service.
