We should be able to change our title

I would like to be able to change my own user title. It has been about a week and I still haven't got a title update. It's easy just give the usergroup with 1000 posts permission to change their own title

That would unfortunatly then beg people to change it to something that is against the rules.
Unfortunatly, only super mods and above can change the title so I can't do it for you

Sometimes you have to put trust in us, and I think if they are a regular member people would notice. (Hence you would have to be a regular member to have 1000 posts)

Well, I don't see that as an issue marky. Sigs follow the rules pretty well.

It's been requested before, and denied before. Can't see how this time is any different than the last.

Just be glad the staff allows you to change it at all!

Personally, I'd like to see this feature implemented as well. Since members with 1000+ posts are afforded the privilege of having a custom user title, I don't see the harm in those privileged users having the ability to change the title themselves as opposed to having one of the higher-level staff members do it for them.

As far as I know, turning on the ability would essentially just be changing a setting in the Admin panel (correct me if it's more complicated) and it would alleviate the queue (and inevitable topics like this, asking why the user title hasn't been changed). I can only see this as a win/win for the members and moderating staff.
