And why are you fileing a lawsuit? It's pretty stupid that you gave him that 55$ before anything was done. I would never do anything like that. I would of let him code it and then pay him. When the transaction goes through, i'd recieve the template. Simple as that...

What were you thinking when you gave him that 55?

Hate to say it but its called the real world. Anyone starting a project without a downpayment is working for free, hoping that the client in the end still wants the project, and is still planning on paying for the project.

I do not know about anyone else, but I'm sure you will be hard pressed to find someone who is willing to waste their time for something that is no written in stone.

Not everyone is honest. Thats the world we live in today.
