The domain was registered privately because I called the number and it got me to "Domains By Proxy" ... I told them my situation and they said to contact abuse@godaddy.com .

Imma see if I can contact his host as well because it's just bs, and I'm not gonna settle for a C&D when he's been making money off of them and who knows if he will delete them. I have proof that they're all mine, I have every single PSD.

Step4: Legal advice.

Not at all. I happen to know the owner of the website and he is a guy.

You get my point, there's really no reason for him to vent his frustration like that on a public forum.

Trust me, if you paid as much as he did, you would be just as mad too. I would be mad if even ONE of my layouts was stolen.

Everything I do is under my parents name, so its technically my parent's issue.

My aunt's ex boyfriend is a lawyer and I can say I'm close to him so it Imma seek legal advice if I have to... The worst thing is I can't find a way to contact him because I forgot the AIM which he IMed me from months ago.

no lawyer would even touch this. the only thing you'd get from a lawyer is a yes or no about whether you'd even have a chance of this making it to court and his opinion on what you could take them to court over.
