Are proxies and image hosting scripts allowed to be hosted on the reseller packages?

Proxies and image hosting websites are allowed on the reseller packages. Just be careful that you don't run over your alloted disk space and bandwidth; those types of websites tend to use up a lot of server resources.

I'd say proxies dont tend to use a lot of bandwidth/webspace but more demanding on the server itself, such as CPU, ram etc..

What is the specs for the server(s)?

If it's a public proxy that's advertised any decent amount, it'll generate a ton of traffic. How do I know? I've built several proxy websites myself
