  Old  Need an estimate :)

Sorry, if this is in the wrong forum, feel free to move it

I am after an estimate of how much my website would be worth.

The website is http://www.zoobig.com and it comes with a sub site http://www.zoobig.com/free_myspace_layouts/

It earns $1000 -> $1 500 monthly via adsense and this month has 56992 unique visitors. Last month was 42327 unique visitors so it is reasonably consistant.

How much can I expect to sell it for?

Your making $1000 - $1500 via just the banner ad and horizontal unit ad?

As for an estimate, i'd probably say between $6000 - $10,000, more detailed information would be required to give an accurate estimate.

The adsense ads on the myspace templates will be making him that money

I always thought it was the 10X Rule? Take your profit and multiple by 10, so thats what, 10,000$? But seeing how your site lacks so much detail, and the only way you get ur money is trick clicks, I would only image getting 6000-8000$

Okay, I plan on selling next month, feel free to ad info. I am opening a new website, hence selling these two. So if I start the bidding at $1 000 then set a bin of $7 000 I should be okay?

I would start with no BIN and add it in after you see how the bidding goes. I've seen a few people be cut short by setting a BIN.
